Accessibility Statement

RevHatch LLC is committed to providing a website experience that people with disabilities can use. We aim to design, build, and maintain the public RevHatch website in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
Accessibility measures
The public website includes the following accessibility measures:
- Semantic page regions, heading order, lists, buttons, links, and form labels
- Keyboard access, a skip link, visible focus indicators, and an Escape-key path for the mobile navigation
- Required-field instructions, native form validation, and a linked error summary
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and direct text labels for chart values
- Color contrast checks and information that does not depend on color alone
- Responsive reflow, enlarged control targets, text-spacing resilience, and reduced-motion support
Ongoing review
Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification. RevHatch reviews the public pages against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and uses a combination of automated checks, keyboard testing, responsive-layout review, and manual inspection. Some accessibility needs still require human judgment and testing with assistive technology.
Third-party services
Some links open services operated by other providers, including the RevHatch client portal, Revenue Audit, and scheduling tools. RevHatch does not control every part of those external services, but we want to know when a linked experience creates a barrier so we can provide an alternative where practical.

If you have difficulty accessing content, completing the Business Start Assessment, or using a linked RevHatch service, email support@rev-hatch.com. Please include the page or feature involved, what happened, and the assistive technology or browser you used if you are comfortable sharing it.
RevHatch will use the information to investigate the barrier and work toward an accessible way to provide the requested information or service.
