RevHatch website

Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 26, 2026

This notice explains how RevHatch LLC (“RevHatch,” “we,” or “us”) handles information associated with the public RevHatch website, the Business Start Assessment, the Existing Business Growth Audit intake, website inquiries, and the client workspace.

Information you choose to submit

Depending on the form or service you use, RevHatch may receive your name, email address, phone number, company name, website or public business profile, trade, years of experience, business stage, business base and service area, registration or licensing readiness, business foundations you report as complete, paid-work status, inquiry and estimate tracking methods, response and follow-up practices, potential customer or work pipeline, planned customer sources and services, launch timing, available time, investment range, existing business assets, and the goals or obstacles you describe.

Do not submit passwords, financial-account details, tax identification numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card information, or private customer records through either public assessment.

Information associated with a website visit

The website may process standard technical and marketing information such as the page visited, referral source, campaign parameters, Google click identifiers, browser or device information, approximate location derived from an internet address, and interaction or conversion events. The site temporarily carries campaign parameters within the browser session so a submitted assessment can retain its source information.

How RevHatch uses information

RevHatch uses submitted information to review your request, evaluate fit, prepare a useful next step, communicate with you, define a possible scope, operate and improve RevHatch services, measure marketing performance, protect forms from abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. RevHatch does not sell information submitted through these forms.

Google Ads and measurement

The public pages include a Google tag associated with RevHatch advertising. Google and the website may use cookies, device identifiers, click identifiers, or similar technologies to measure ad traffic and conversions, subject to your browser settings and Google’s own policies. When you submit either assessment and agree to its contact notice, the Google tag may receive your email and phone for enhanced conversion measurement. Google normalizes and hashes those values before they reach Google’s servers; they are not placed in the page URL or in the ordinary form-event payload. You can limit cookies or browser storage in your browser settings, which may affect attribution and measurement.

AI-assisted work

When an AI-assisted assessment, drafting, analysis, or Business Builder workflow is used, information relevant to the requested work may be processed by configured service providers on RevHatch’s behalf. Credentials and private service configuration are kept on the server or in approved business systems, not in public browser code. AI-generated material can contain errors and is reviewed as appropriate; it is not a guarantee of a business, legal, financial, advertising, or customer result.

Form delivery and service providers

The public Business Start Assessment and Existing Business Growth Audit intake use a server-side handler to validate the request and send a notification to RevHatch by email. After a valid intake is accepted for delivery, the handler also attempts to send a receipt email with a link to schedule a call. These public intakes are owner-reported lead notices; they do not create a Business Hub record. RevHatch may also use hosting, communications, analytics, advertising, scheduling, client-workspace, automation, and professional service providers when needed to operate the business. Those providers may process information according to their services and applicable terms.

Security and retention

RevHatch uses practical administrative and technical controls intended to reduce unauthorized access, including server-side validation, request-size limits, spam checks, rate limits, and keeping private credentials out of public website files. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the public forms and instead contact RevHatch directly. You can also limit cookies or similar browser storage through your browser settings, although some attribution or site functions may be affected. To ask about information you submitted, correct it, or request that RevHatch stop contacting you about an inquiry, email support@rev-hatch.com.
